Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent
- Preferably has an experience working in a call center handling HR functions like recruitment, selection and benefits administration
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
