Scoop of Work:
- Monitoring and analysing the WCDMA/HSDPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis.
- Achieve& maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs (Accessibility, Retain ability, Mobility & Service Integrity).
- Responsible for Inconsistencies Checks, Packet Throughput, Parameter changes & Physical changes.
- Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, RRC Connection & RAB Establishement Succeess rate in his designated area for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
- Responsible for testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites.
Perform & analyse traces on regular basis
- Analysing Drive Test log files and give recommendations
- Create and Analyse Performance Reports
- Escalate identified HW problems to corresponding departments
- Investigate sudden Radio network performance degradations

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in 3G Optimization.
- HSDPA/HSUPA optimization experience - Familiar with Huawei 3G features and parameters - Knowledge of Huawei UMTS troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization tools such as M2000, LMT, Nastar and Genex products.
- Experience in 2G RNO is a plus
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering
