A Philippine-based company is currently looking for additional web developers and a web designers for expansion to their Cebu site.

WEB DEVELOPERS
*Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or 2008
*Professional standards-based web development using ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
*.NET based language (preferably C#,VB.net)
*Has experience in using AJAX, XML
*Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications
*Understand browser-specific compatibility issues
*Create well designed, reusable objects, and Web Parts.
*Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards.
*Knowledge in MVC Framework is an advantage but not necessary
*Compensation commensurate to qualifications.

WEB DESIGNERS
*Design any art material for the business whenever required.
*High quality web design skills with creative mind
*Strong experience with CSS
*Strong experience being able to write hard code for: HTML, XHTML
*ASP, AJAX and JavaScript, Photoshop and Flash
*Action Script 2/Action Script 3 are a plus
*Able to handle cross-browser design issues.
*A portfolio is essential to the application process as we will want to see examples of artwork and web sites demonstrating a flare and excitement in design.
